Furthermore, when you are a new user with the system, they do not take orders over the phone. Instead, they require that you place the order online. If you actually do manage to get hold of the staff at MidPhase, their answers are normally sufficient. However, not all customer support representatives seemed properly trained. They claim to have 30 total employees within the company.
